Payments & terms
A 50% deposit secures your spot and starts the work. The balance is due before your final files are sent or your site goes live. Extra costs such as fonts, images or licences are agreed with you first.
You own your completed files. Need a different payment schedule? Ask before signing and we'll work something out.
Do you maintain sites you didn't build?
Usually, yes. We'll review your WordPress site first to check it's in good shape.
Can I cancel?
It's a monthly retainer. Let us know in writing and we'll stop at the end of the month.
What can I use support time for?
Small content changes, image swaps, plugin issues and general questions.
